How fast will you respond to my inquiry?
We reply to all emails and quote requests within 24 hours during business days. For urgent technical issues, we answer the phone during working hours. If you contact us on Saturday afternoon or Sunday, expect a reply by Monday morning.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship crate engines, outboards, and parts to all 27 EU countries plus the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Turkey. For destinations outside Europe, contact us for a custom freight quote. Engines are shipped on certified pallets via insured freight carriers.

What information do I need to get an accurate quote?
The more details, the better. At minimum, send us your engine brand, model, horsepower, and serial number if you have it. For rebuilds, describe the symptoms (smoke, overheating, oil consumption, noise). For new engines, tell us your vessel type, length, and how you use it (fishing, cruising, charter, racing). Photos of your engine bay help us recommend the right fit.

Do you only sell engines, or do you also install them?
We do both. You can buy a crate engine or outboard and install it yourself, or book our professional installation service. We offer dyno testing, break-in services, and sea trials. Installation comes with a certificate required for warranty claims.
